I suppose that one reason why soccer stars make so much money is that they earn fortunes from their teams in merchandizing. For instance, larger football clubs benefit financially from TV revenue.

Obviously, agreeing to this kind of consideration is very difficult for those who work hard, for example in a mine or on a farm but these situations belong to the modern world and , above all, to the business one. However, the greed of most top players has often represented an abuse. They continue to ask for larger and larger salaries and are never satisfied.

In conclusion, the differences between an activity and another is also based on all those factors which sorround them. As a final consideration, football involves the presence of sponsors which brings a large amount of money to the clubs and to the players, that other types of jobs do not include.
